The Negroni Sbagliato - The perfect mistake
The Story of The Negroni Sbagliato
Negroni Sbagliato a true classic, even though it is a "mistake". The story about this sparkling delicious drink is rooted back to 1972 in Milan when the bartender Mirko Stocchetto accidentally grabbed a bottle of prosecco instead of gin while making a Negroni in Bar Basso, a historic bar in Milan that's still open. What he didn't know at that time was that his mistake ("sbagliato" in italian) just about to become a classic!
The sparkling wine makes the cocktail less complex and more drinkable for those who don't like their drinks too strong.
